This Privacy Policy explains what information KASU AI ("KASU AI", "we", "us") collects when you use kasuai.com and the KASU AI dashboard (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account, and authenticate you when you sign in.
- To operate core features: tracking your KASU balance, processing referral bonuses, generating and validating device pairing keys, and enforcing the platform's mining supply cap.
- To detect and prevent abuse — for example, fraudulent referral activity or misuse of the pairing-key system.
- To communicate with you about your account, such as email verification or password reset emails.
- To maintain and improve the Service, including diagnosing technical issues.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to serve third-party advertising.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following infrastructure providers to operate the Service. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms:
- Supabase — our database, authentication, and backend provider. Your account data, balances, device records, and referral records are stored in Supabase.
- Google — used only if you choose to sign in with Google ("Continue with Google"). Google's own privacy policy governs data it processes as part of that sign-in.
- Netlify — hosts the website itself.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
The Service uses your browser's local session storage (managed by our authentication provider) to keep you signed in between visits. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and activity data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 7.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and database-level access controls (row-level security) that restrict who can read or modify account, balance, and device data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- Access: You can view your account information, balance, referral, and device data at any time from your dashboard.
- Correction: You can update your account details or change your password from your dashboard.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements.
- Portability: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. International Users
Our infrastructure providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to your information being processed in those locations.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
