Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kasuai.com and the KASU AI dashboard (together, the "Service"), operated by KASU AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional signup or referral bonuses is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of KASU and account termination.
• You must notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

3. The KASU Token

• The total supply of KASU that can ever be distributed to users through the platform (the "Mining Rewards" pool) is fixed at 400,000,000 KASU and is enforced at the database level. Once fully distributed, no further Mining Rewards KASU will be issued to anyone.
• Balances, bonus amounts, fees, and features described on the Service (including signup bonuses, referral bonuses, and pairing-key fees) may change at any time, and any changes will apply prospectively.
• We reserve the right to correct balances affected by a technical error, fraud, or abuse of the Service.

4. Signup Bonus & Referral Program

• New accounts may receive a signup bonus, currently 100 KASU, credited automatically upon registration, subject to the Mining Rewards cap described in Section 3.
• Each account has a unique referral link. When someone creates an account using your referral link, you may receive a referral bonus, currently 25 KASU, also subject to the Mining Rewards cap.
• Referral bonuses are intended to reward genuine invitations to real, independent users. Self-referral, fake accounts, or coordinated abuse of the referral system is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and/or account termination.

5. Device Pairing & Fees

• Linking a device to your account requires generating a pairing key from your dashboard, which currently costs 5 KASU and is deducted from your balance at the time of generation.
• A pairing key is valid for a limited time (currently 15 minutes) and single use.
• Fees are subject to change; any change will be reflected in the Service at the time you generate a key.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses or circumvent the mining supply cap;
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service in a way not intended for normal use;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, our systems, or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may reverse KASU credited as a result of prohibited conduct.

7. Administrative Actions

Authorized administrators of the Service may, at their discretion, credit KASU to individual accounts (for example, as part of a giveaway or promotion), always subject to the 400,000,000 Mining Rewards cap described in Section 3. Such credits are made at our sole discretion and are not an entitlement.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions of these Terms (including Sections 3, 6, 9, and 10) survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any KASU balance will retain or acquire any particular value.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KASU AI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or value arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, absent a more specific agreement between you and us.
